The 59239-4 CERTI-CRIMP heavy head hand crimping tool is designed for crimping AMPLI-BOND, PIDG and PLASTI-GRIP terminals. The tool features insulation crimp height adjustment, with locators and wire stops included where applicable.
The CERTI-CRIMP tool design ensures the crimp dies are fully bottomed, independent of operator technique, fatigue, or tool wear. A factory-set CERTI-CRIMP ratchet mechanism keeps the tool locked until the handles are fully closed and a complete crimp cycle has been achieved, preventing partial crimps.
Handle pressures are preset to meet specific crimp force requirements, and colour coding or wire size information is displayed on the head or handles to aid identification.
