Blocked pipes, drains and chimneys can have the potential to cause even bigger problems if they are not diagnosed to find out what is causing the issue. But given the very nature of these problems, they are not always in easy to reach locations. That’s why an inspection system with cameras makes the process much easier, as the system comes with 60m of fibreglass rod cable and a heavy duty camera with 30 adjustable LED lights. The cable can be rolled onto the solid, heavy-duty frame to make transportation much easier, and the whole system is battery powered giving 4 hours of working capacity.
Camera skids are included, which help keep the camera in a set position when inspecting pipes with bends and tight gaps. The system takes images as well as video and voice over recording, which can be recalled on the hi-res monitor. It’s also easy to see the distance travelled, which can give an indication of how deep the inspection is. All data can be stored on the 8GB memory card provided. A keyboard, battery and charger also come supplied with the system.
