The Fluke 289 Digital Multimeter is an advanced True-RMS electronic measuring device designed for industrial troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and precision diagnostics. Featuring a large 50,000 count ¼ VGA display with white backlight, it allows multiple measurement parameters to be displayed simultaneously.

With built-in TrendCapture logging, the Fluke 289 can record and graph measurements directly on the device, storing up to 10,000 readings without requiring a PC. It supports logging over 200 hours and includes a real-time clock for automatic time stamping of saved readings.

Advanced Measurement & Logging Features

Accuracy & Performance

• NEW – LoZ Volts. Low impedance voltage function prevents false readings due to “ghost voltage.” It is also the recommended mode when testing for the absence or presence of live power.
• New – Low Pass Filter for accurate voltage and frequency measurements on adjustable speed motor drives and other electrically noisy equipment.
• 50Ω range – useful for measuring and comparing differences in motor winding resistance, low ohm measurements, or other contact resistance. Two terminal 50Ω range with 1 milliohm resolution, 10 mA source current.
• 0.025% Basic DC accuracy
• 100 kHz ac bandwidth
• True-RMS ac voltage and current for accurate measurements on complex signals or non-linear loads.
