The SM10 from Amprobe measures sound levels to ensure they are compliant with health and safety regulations. It has two frequency evaluation filters (A and C) and features an integrated measurement memory with data hold feature to momentarily freeze the results on-screen.
It is easy to switch between fast and slow response times, and it comes with a 9V battery which offers 50 hours of power. It has a frequency range of 31.5 Hz to 8 kHz and 4-digit display screen with backlight, making testing easy even in poorly lit conditions.
