With a high resolution and compact design, the Megger TDR2000/3P is a highly portable time domain reflector and cable fault finder. It has dual channel time domain reflectometers with a large colour screen for locating faults on paired metallic cables in a wide range of jobs as diverse as street lighting, telephony, and CATV.

It has a minimum resolution of 0.1m/0.3ft and a 20km/60kft maximum range which is dependent on the velocity factor selected and the cable type. Available in five output impedances (25, 50, 75, 100, 125 ohms) and an auto impedance matching feature. The velocity factor can be set anywhere between 0.2 and 0.99 to meet any cable testing needs.

This series of Megger instruments have built-in intelligent charge management technology so that the battery will never overheat and the maximum charge rate is maintained, meaning longer battery life.
