FlexScan OTDR – SmartAuto™ and LinkMap® for Optical Network Testing

The FlexScan OTDR enables both novice and expert technicians to quickly and reliably troubleshoot PON and point-to-point optical networks or fully characterise newly installed or repaired networks. Using FlexScan’s innovative SmartAuto mode, the OTDR performs multi-pulse, multi-wavelength scans, detecting and measuring network components and faults accurately.

Optional kits bundle the FlexScan OTDR with launch cables, FOCIS Flex probes, and AFL’s universal optical fiber identifier (OFI), compatible with all fiber types, including bend-insensitive fiber. Reports can be generated using Windows-compatible TRM® 2.0 Test Results Manager software.
