This volt stick proving unit is a portable and battery-powered piece of electrical test equipment that has been designed specifically to test whether a volt stick is operating as it should. In particular, this proving unit is compatible with the LV50 Volt Stick and can check functionality in the 230v range instantly.

When a volt stick is positioned in the testing area, the electrical testing equipment itself generates a power source of 200 - 240 volts. It is always best to check the performance of a volt stick with the proving unit both before and after use to confirm it is operating effectively.

This proving unit can be used to check volt sticks that operate with 220 - 240v, 50/60Hz AC supplies and that have a 4mm diameter tip.

The portable and sealed device itself can store and hold a single volt stick, however, please note that volt sticks themselves are sold separately. This electrical test equipment proving unit is not suitable for 110v, PRO12 and PRO 230 models.
